Performance Plans and Reports

Performance planning and reporting is the foundation for how we operate and evaluate our government. For fiscal year 2008, we asked each city agency to develop a performance plan, which describes new initiatives that improve the quality of their services and highlights metrics that meaningfully gauge their progress against goals. View available agency performance plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that help us define and measure progress toward our goals.
