Performance Indicators: Education

An educated populace is the cornerstone to civil society and is fundamental to a well functioning democracy. For too long, however, we have failed to deliver on the promise of a high quality education for every resident of this city. That time has come to an end. Our vision for the District of Columbia is a city of lifelong learners, where high achievement is the norm not the exception. The vision doesn't end once our residents complete their formal education.
