CapStat Session Action Item Reports - 2009
CapStat is a performance-based accountability program that uniquely identifies opportunities to make District government run more efficiently, while providing a higher quality of service to its residents. Each District agency will participate in the sessions. Agency directors will prepare for the sessions by examining what they measure, whether they can improve their performance measures, and the accuracy of their performance data.
